I've hosted dozens of shows at the Bluebird. It's always magic! This show will be no different! It features songwriter extraordinaire, Robert Deitch. He is a 2023 nominee for Midwest CMO Songwriter of the Year, Male vocalist of the year, and Album of the year. Robert has been a music row staff writer for 3 different publishing companies over the past 15 years, has written 300+ songs, over 30 of which have been cut by other artists. His voice can be described as blue collar smooth, yet gritty. Like a fine bourbon, with a hint of gravel dust. Think Chris Stapleton meets Jason Isbell. Hall of Fame songwriter, Hugh Prestwood ("A Song Remembers When") describes Robert as "a gifted songwriter, who mixes vivid storytelling with a powerful, soulful delivery", While HOF-er, Roger Murrah ("Don't Rock the Jukebox") says of Robert, "He's one of Nashville's best kept secrets...but not for long.." Robert has shared the stage with the following artists: Thomas Rhett, Trent Tomlinson, Kendell Marvel among other notables.

Jenny Shawhan is an Americana artist and soulful singer songwriter, Jenny Shawhan has a seasoned resume of performances — including the Bluebird Cafe Nashville, the Denver Broncos Super Bowl Parade, and USPA Polo Event Aspen. Entertaining crowds from dive bars to country clubs, she has opened for Colorado icon Hazel Miller, legacy band Big Head Todd, and blues prodigy Austin Miller among many others. She has been a live guest on KSKE FM Radio, featured in Voyage Denver magazine, and interviewed on the podcast “Middle Class Rock Star”. You can find her music currently in rotation on Chris K’s Colorado Playlist.

David G Smith has been hosting Bluebird shows for over 15 years. Credits include being a 2008 First-Place International Song Competition winner and Robert Oermann DISCovery Award recipient. David has released 11 albums with nationwide #1 singles and albums on several charts. He has media placements on TNT & Lifetime Networks and song-cuts to include with Rissi Palmer who, at the time of release in 2007, was only the third black female country artist to chart (Billboard) in history. In David's Roots Music world he has worked with the likes of Keb Mo, Verlon Thompson, Mary Gauthier, Blue Miller and America's Got Talent Semi-Finalist, Alicia Michilli. He's shared the stage with Justin Townes Earle, Rory Block, Bruce Robison & Kelly Willis, Anne E. DeChant and many others on the Folk & Americana circuit.
